New Startups And Technologies

Africa is a continent with the youngest population in the world. The continent has been making strides in the technological and entrepreneurial space. In 2017, African tech entrepreneurs raised $2 billion from investors, which is more than any other continent.

This section will discuss some of the new startups and technologies that are coming out of Africa and how they are changing the lives of people on the continent.

 African Women in Technology is a network of African women who are using technology to create solutions for Africa. The organization has been around for more than 10 years and it has a strong membership base that includes over 1,000 members across the continent.

The organization also hosts the annual African Women in Technology Awards and Conference for New Startups And Technologies. The conference provides networking opportunities, mentoring, and training sessions to help women succeed in the tech industry.

This year’s conference will be held on November 20th at the Accra International Conference Center.
